  • How is my payment handled?

    You can make a payment online either through PayPal, credit or debit card in British Pounds Sterling. I do not store any of your debit/credit card details as payments are processed through Stripe.

    Alternatively you can pay by bank transfer which many UK customers prefer. If you wish to pay by this option email me at hello@toritipton.com for details of how to pay. Please pay immediately as the artwork is marked as sold and unavailable to others.

  • Postage and packaging to addresses within the UK is included in the price of the artwork unless otherwise stated.

    How soon will I receive my artwork?

    Please allow 7 working days for your order to arrive. UK orders are sent by Royal Mail or UPS depending on size and weight. All shipments are tracked and will require a signature on delivery. Most UK deliveries arrive within 3 days from time of shipping. If you need a piece by a specific date, please contact me first at hello@toritipton.com to make sure it can reach you in time.

    Can I collect my artwork from your studio?

    Yes, if would like to collect in person from my studio in Ackworth, West Yorkshire please email me at hello@toritipton.com once you have placed your order. We can then arrange a mutually convenient time.

    Can you ship internationally?

    Yes, I can ship to most countries, although it will take longer to arrive depending on your location. Message me with your details and the item that you would like and I can give you shipping options.

    Deliveries to the USA are £25 and this cost will be added at checkout.

    Overseas shipments (outside the UK) may be subject to import duties and taxes according to the laws of the destination country. Any additional charges and handling fees are at the customer’s expense. I have no control over these charges and accept no responsibility for additional charges.

  • What if my painting arrives and I don’t like it?

    If an original painting is not as you expect, you have 14 days to contact me by email and request a refund. Once a return has been agreed, you are responsible for packing and arranging return delivery using the same service it was sent to you. Once the piece has been safely returned I will refund your payment within 14 days.

    What if my piece arrives damaged?

    All work is carefully packed and wrapped. If you receive a work that has been damaged in transit, please contact me within 7 days and if possible keep a photograph of the packaging.

    What about Overseas Returns?

    At this time I am unable to offer a refund or return on any product(s) sent outside of the UK.
